what he said ... basically it binds to receptors and makes any gear your are taking less effective ... with that said i don't know a ton about it really .. i just know its bad and proviron reduces it .. haha. glenihan is offline ...

you're likely overtrained .. take a look at either mine or beelze or ubi's training logs and train like that for a while .. i guarantee you'll see results switching up routines. glenihan is offline ...
